產(chǎn)品介紹The membrane bound adenylyl cyclases (ACs) represent one of the major families of effector enzymes for G protein coupled receptors. Eight human AC isoforms (AC-1 through AC-4) have been identified up to now and genes for at least nine adenylate cyclase (AC-1-AC-9) have been cloned characterized and sequenced. This is a calmodulin-sensitive adenylyl cyclase which may be involved in regulatory processes in the central nervous system. It may play a role in neuronal plasticity, memory acquisition and learning and is expressed predominantly in the brain, retina and adrenal medulla.

This is a calmodulin-sensitive adenylyl cyclase. May be involved in regulatory processes in the central nervous system. It may play a role in memory acquisition and learning.

腺苷酸環(huán)化酶(adenylate cyclase, AC) 是G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體家族之一,是膜整合蛋白,它的氨基端和羧基端都朝向細(xì)胞質(zhì)。AC在膜的細(xì)胞質(zhì)面有兩個(gè)催化結(jié)構(gòu)域,還有兩個(gè)膜整合區(qū),每個(gè)膜整合區(qū)分別有6個(gè)跨膜的α螺旋。哺乳動(dòng)物中已發(fā)現(xiàn)6個(gè)腺苷酸環(huán)化酶異構(gòu)體。由于AC能夠?qū)TP轉(zhuǎn)變成cAMP,引起細(xì)胞的信號(hào)應(yīng)答,因此,腺苷酸環(huán)化酶是G蛋白偶聯(lián)系統(tǒng)中的效應(yīng)
