產(chǎn)品介紹Keratins 5, 6 are members of type II keratins family that are specifically expressed in the inner root sheath of hair follicles. The type II cytokeratins consist of basic or neutral proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains coexpressed during differentiation of simple and stratified epithelial tissues. Keratin 18 is memeber of the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18. Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament gene family.

細(xì)胞角蛋白5&6是高分子量細(xì)胞角蛋白，分子量分別為58KDa和56KDa。其表達在皮膚的基底細(xì)胞、棘層細(xì)胞和部分前列腺基底細(xì)胞。主要用于間皮瘤和腺癌的鑒別診斷，并可輔助診斷前列腺良惡性病變。
